It’s conference season! As usual, I’ll be attending this year’s History of Science Society meeting. What’s slightly unusual is that I’ll be delivering a paper—most often at HSS I find myself on professional developmental panels. This year, however, I’ll be presenting a case study from my new project, on the role of American biology textbooks in Cold War-era scientific diplomacy.
The official title is “Textbook Diplomacy: The Biological Sciences Curriculum Abroad.” Please e-mail me at audrajwolfe at gmail dot com if you’d like a copy of the talk.
